Décor Surcharge Notice
Undisclosed or significantly larger-than-quoted décor items discovered on the day of the event are subject to an additional surcharge. Accurate décor inventories must be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to the event date to ensure accurate staffing and pricing.
Policies & Important Notes

All pricing reflects base rates. Final quotes are provided after a consultation and are event-specific.

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

Prices are subject to change. Quoted pricing is locked in upon signed contract and retainer receipt.

Overtime rates apply for service time that exceeds the contracted hours. Clients will be notified in advance when possible.

Twenty4 Carat Events reserves the right to assess surcharges for undisclosed décor, significantly larger guest counts, or scope changes made within 7 days of the event.
