Décor Surcharge Notice
 

Undisclosed or significantly larger-than-quoted décor items discovered on the day of the event are subject to an additional surcharge. Accurate décor inventories must be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to the event date to ensure accurate staffing and pricing.

Policies & Important Notes

  • All pricing reflects base rates. Final quotes are provided after a consultation and are event-specific.

  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

  • Prices are subject to change. Quoted pricing is locked in upon signed contract and retainer receipt.

  • Overtime rates apply for service time that exceeds the contracted hours. Clients will be notified in advance when possible.

  • Twenty4 Carat Events reserves the right to assess surcharges for undisclosed décor, significantly larger guest counts, or scope changes made within 7 days of the event.

  • All consultations, bookings, and inquiries are handled by appointment only.
