All add-ons are available to existing package clients and may be added at the time of booking or up to 14 days before your event.
Additional Labor
$75 per team member / per hour
Need extra hands? Add team members for larger setups, heavy guest counts, or complex logistics.
Early Arrival
$100 / per hour ( before contracted start time)
Requires advance scheduling. Early arrival before 7:00 AM may be subject to premium rates.
Late Breakdown
$125/ per hour (after contracted time)
Extended service past your contracted end time, billed in full-hour increments.
Room Flip
Starting at $350
Full transformation of an event space between ceremony and reception, or between sessions. Pricing varies based on room size and décor complexity.
Travel Fee
Quoted based on distance
Events located more than 30 miles from Jacksonville, FL are subject to a travel surcharge. Quoted at time of booking.

All pricing reflects base rates. Final quotes are provided after a consultation and are event-specific.

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

Prices are subject to change. Quoted pricing is locked in upon signed contract and retainer receipt.

Overtime rates apply for service time that exceeds the contracted hours. Clients will be notified in advance when possible.

Twenty4 Carat Events reserves the right to assess surcharges for undisclosed décor, significantly larger guest counts, or scope changes made within 7 days of the event.
